TO ENTER:
Submit your Halloween Costume photo (for all ages) by clicking on Submission above and filling out the online entry form! Submission will take place from October 8, 2011 - October 16, 2011.
VOTING:
After the submission deadline, WCTV will allow viewers to vote on all entries October 17, 2011 - October 23, 2011 to determine the top 5 finalists; you can vote once per day!.
The 5 costume photos with the most votes will make it to the final round where their photos will be posted to WCTV's Facebook page and on WCTV's Contest itself.
Viewers will then be encouraged to go to WCTV's Facebook page or WCTV's Contest Page to pick their favorite from October 24, 2011 - October 28, 2011.
The photo which receives the most votes will become the grand prize winner and will be announced during the Good Morning Show on Monday October 31, 2011.
PRIZES:
The grand prize winner will receive a digital camera.
