Envision Credit Union's TEACHER OF THE MONTH CONTEST
September, 2015 – May, 2016
TO ENTER:
Each month, click on the Submission Tab above to submit an essay (100 words or less) as to why your Teacher should be chosen for Teacher of the Month and Teacher's photo (optional) for a chance for your Teacher to win great prizes!
Entries will carry over monthly if a Teacher is not chosen as a winner.
For each month, submissions will take place as follows:
SEPTEMBER 14, 2015 10AM and will end on SEPTEMBER 27, 2015 11:59PM
OCTOBER 5, 2015 12AM and will end on OCTOBER 25, 2015 11:59PM
NOVEMBER 2, 2015 12AM and will end on NOVEMBER 22, 2015 11:59PM
DECEMBER 1, 2015 12AM and will end on DECEMBER 20, 2015 11:59PM
JANUARY 1, 2016 12AM and will end on JANUARY 17, 2016 11:59PM
FEBRUARY 1, 2016 12AM and will end on FEBRUARY 21, 2016 11:59PM
MARCH 1, 2016 12AM and will end on MARCH 20, 2016 11:59PM
APRIL 1, 2016 12AM and will end on APRIL 17, 2016 11:59PM
MAY 2, 2016 12AM and will end on MAY 22, 2016 11:59PM
VOTING:
After the submission deadline each month, viewers will have the ability to vote on all entries; you can vote once per day!
The Teacher with the most votes will become the Teacher of the Month for that specific month.
Votes will reset monthly to give each Teacher a fair chance of winning each month.
For each month, voting will take place as follows:
SEPTEMBER 28, 2015 12AM and will end on OCTOBER 4, 2015 11:59PM
OCTOBER 26, 2015 12AM and will end on OCTOBER 31, 2015 11:59PM
NOVEMBER 23, 2015 12AM and will end on NOVEMBER 29, 2015 11:59PM
DECEMBER 21, 2015 12AM and will end on DECEMBER 27, 2015 11:59PM
JANUARY 18, 2016 12AM and will end on JANUARY 24, 2016 11:59PM
FEBRUARY 22, 2016 12AM and will end on FEBRUARY 28, 2016 11:59PM
MARCH 21, 2016 12AM and will end on MARCH 27, 2016 11:59PM
APRIL 18, 2016 12AM and will end on APRIL 24, 2016 11:59PM
MAY 23, 2016 12AM and will end on MAY 29, 2016 11:59PM
ELIGIBILITY:
Only submissions of Elementary, Middle, & High School teachers will be deemed eligible. Pre-school teachers, Sunday School teachers, Counselors, Coaches, and all other like instructor submissions will not be considered for this contest.
PRIZES:
Each of our sponsors will donate a prize for each month's Teacher of the Month; prizes may change monthly.
Each month, the Teacher of the Month will receive a $50 VISA gift card provided by Envision Credit Union, $100 in Gift Card(s) to be used at SuperLube or AutoSuper Service Center, a $50 gift certificate provided by A La Provence, a $100 gift card to Fun Station, a $45 gift certificate to Chelsea Salon, 2-Dozen Glazed Doughnuts provided by Krispy Kreme ($25 value), Double Dollar Deal Gift Certificates provided by WCTV, & a trophy provided by Awards 4 U.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Each month, the Teacher of the Month will be announced during the Good Morning Show from 6-7AM the week after voting ends (usually announced on the 10th of the following month).
