“WCTV’S TEACHER OF THE MONTH”

TO ENTER:
Each month, click on the Submission Tab above to submit an essay (100 words or less) as to why your Teacher should be chosen for Teacher of the Month and Teacher's photo (optional) for a chance for your Teacher to win great prizes!
Entries will carry over monthly if the Teacher is not chosen as the winner.
For each month, submissions will take place as follows:
SEPTEMBER 9, 2013 12AM and will end on SEPTEMBER 22, 2013 11:59PM
OCTOBER 1, 2013 12AM and will end on OCTOBER 20, 2013 11:59PM
NOVEMBER 1, 2013 12AM and will end on NOVEMBER 24, 2013 11:59PM
DECEMBER 1, 2013 12AM and will end on DECEMBER 22, 2013 11:59PM
JANUARY 1, 2014 12AM and will end on JANUARY 19, 2014 11:59PM
FEBRUARY 1, 2014 12AM and will end on FEBRUARY 23, 2014 11:59PM
MARCH 1, 2014 12AM and will end on MARCH 23, 2014 11:59PM
APRIL 1, 2014 12AM and will end on APRIL 20, 2014 11:59PM
MAY 1, 2014 12AM and will end on MAY 18, 2014 11:59PM
VOTING:
After the submission deadline each month, viewers will have the ability to vote on all entries; you can vote once per day!
The Teacher with the most votes will become the Teacher of the Month for that specific month.
Votes will reset monthly to give each Teacher a fair chance of winning each month.
For each month, voting will take place as follows:
SEPTEMBER 23, 2013 12AM and will end on SEPTEMBER 29, 2013 11:59PM
OCTOBER 21, 2013 12AM and will end on OCTOBER 27, 2013 11:59PM
NOVEMBER 25, 2013 12AM and will end on NOVEMBER 30, 2013 11:59PM
DECEMBER 23, 2013 12AM and will end on DECEMBER 29, 2013 11:59PM
JANUARY 20, 2014 12AM and will end on JANUARY 26, 2014 11:59PM
FEBRUARY 24, 2014 12AM and will end on FEBRUARY 28, 2014 11:59PM
MARCH 24, 2014 12AM and will end on MARCH 30, 2014 11:59PM
APRIL 21, 2014 12AM and will end on APRIL 27, 2014 11:59PM
MAY 19, 2014 12AM and will end on MAY 25, 2014 11:59PM
ELIGIBILITY:
Only submissions of Elementary, Middle, & High School teachers will be deemed eligible. Pre-school teachers, Sunday School teachers, Counselors, Coaches, and all other like instructor submissions will not be considered for this contest.
PRIZES:
All sponsors will donate a prize for each month's Teacher of the Month; prizes may change monthly!
For each month, the Teacher of the Month will receive a Full Oil Change provided by Super Lube, a $50 Envision Credit Union VISA gift card provided by Envision Credit Union, a trophy provided by Awards 4 U, and a $100 gift certificate that can be used to order items on the My Office Products school specialty website: http://www.unityeducateteachers.com/ provided by My Office Products.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Each Month, the Teacher of the Month will be notified by email and/or by phone.
For each month, the Teacher of the Month will be announced during the Good Morning Show from 6-7AM the week after voting ends (usually announced on the 10th of the following month).
