Most people who grill regularly love to brag about how good their food tastes. Well, let's make them prove it! WCTV will host a grilling challenge.

INTERNAL VOTING:
VOTING FOR FOUR (4) GRILL-OFF CONTESTANTS: July 7, 2012 – July 9, 2012:
After the submission deadline, internal judges and WCTV staff will vote on all entries for their favorite four (4) contestants who will compete in The Great Grill-Off. Each essay will be judged on creativity of entrant and how flavorful and tasty the recipe appears to be.
FOUR (4) GREAT GRILL-OFF CONTESTANTS:
The four (4) Grill-Off contestants will be announced during Eyewitness News @ 6pm on Monday July 9, 2012.
THE GRILL-OFF PROCESS FOR THE FOUR (4) CONTESTANTS:
Thursday July 19th, 2012: “Meet the Grillers” will air during Eyewitness News @ 6pm showcasing the four (4) Grill-Off contestants.
Friday July 20th, 2012: The Great Grill-Off will take place in the parking lot at WCTV, 1801 Halstead Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32309. Each contestant will be responsible for starting to set up their cooking area at 12pm, as well as having their own grill, products and food to cook, and any paraphernalia they would like to show off while cooking LIVE. The four (4) Grill-Off contestants will face off LIVE in Live @ 5, Eyewitness News @ 530pm, and Eyewitness News @ 6pm. Local chefs will choose a winner by picking the contestant with the most tasty and creative recipe. The winner of The Great Grill-Off will be announced in Eyewitness News @ 6pm.
